Young students love learning at West Michigan Academy – because learning here literally has no walls. Throughout the year, students move inside and out – from classrooms to forests, from computer stations to prairies, pastures and wetlands.

Our students participate in water sampling, bird watching, plant identification and a whole variety of environmentally based learning programs, in addition to receiving quality instruction in traditional areas such as reading, writing, math and social studies. Other classes such as art, physical education, computer technology, and more provide further stimulus for each child and create the solid groundwork for a lifelong love of learning.

For a nominal fee, West Michigan Academy also offers a before and after school program for elementary students. The program allows students to complete homework and interact socially with their peers.
